Screw-Mounted Assembly Thermocouple Temperature Sensor

Screw-mounted assembly thermocouple for industrial temperature measurement from -280°C to +1820°C. Available in K/J/E/N/S/T/R/B types, with customizable probe sizes, thread specifications, and optional explosion-proof and weatherproof construction.

Explosion-proof and hygienic stainless steel options available for hazardous and sanitary environments.

    Structures

    The sensor assembly consists of the following key structural elements:
    ① Terminal Junction Box — houses the cold junction compensation circuit and provides IP65 or explosion-proof sealed connection;
    ② Threaded Mounting Fitting — M5–M20 process connection; enables direct installation into pipelines, vessels, or equipment walls;
    ③ Protection Tube (Sheath) — metallic tube (SUS304/316L/Inconel) protecting the sensing element from mechanical damage and process media;
    ④ Insulating Filler — high-purity MgO (magnesium oxide) powder filling ensures electrical insulation and effective thermal conduction to the sensing tip;
    ⑤ Thermocouple Sensing Element — two dissimilar metal wires (e.g., NiCr-NiSi for Type K) fused at the hot junction measuring point;
